Would you like to make a Paella just like we do in Spain?Here are some easy to follow recipes for cooking a delicious Paella. Paellas are never the same, even if you use the same recipe. Every time that you make it the Paella will be slightly different, and there are only a few basic rules to follow. That leaves you with plenty possibilities to experiment and adapt the Paella to the ingredients that you have at home. You can add many ingredients, but there are some things like onions and wine which should be avoided in a good Paella. The most important aspect of a well prepared Paella is the structure of the rice once the Paella is served. Even with very few ingredients and with a small budget you can make a good Paella, but it is essential that the rice is perfectly cooked; not overcooked and not undercooked. The grains of rice should not be soggy and the rice should still have some resistance when you bite it. Paellas with a good texture and rice flavour from the used broth are more appreciated than the Paellas with a huge amount of meat or shellfish.
